Returns & Exchanges

At Project M Supps, we want you to look as good as you feel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
